• NuGenesis LMS에서 PDF 문서 리포트를 열 때 다음 오류가 발생합니다:
  • This implementation is not part of the Windows Platform FIPS validated cryptographic algorithms
  • at iTextSharp.text.pdf.PdfReader.ReadPDF()

원인

"System cryptography: Use FIPS 140 compliant cryptographic algorithms, including encryption, hashing and signing algorithms” 시스템 정책이 활성화되어 있고 PDF 만들기 과정에서 LMS에 의해 사용되는 암호화 알고리즘이 허용되는 알고리즘의 FIPS 목록에 포함되지 않습니다.

수정 또는 해결 방법

1. Windows에서 FIPS 140 시스템 정책을 비활성화합니다. 이 정책은 일반적으로 도메인 수준에서 개별 서버 또는 시스템 그룹에 대해 설정됩니다. 이 정책은 NuGenesis LMS 클라이언트가 설치된 모든 시스템에서 비활성화 상태여야 합니다.
