증상

• Empower 데이터가 NuGenesis에 아카이빙되지 않습니다.

환경

• NuGenesis 8 SDMS
• NuGenesis 8 Data Adapters Release 3
• Empower 3 FR4

원인

Empower 3 FR4에서는 보안이 변경되었습니다. DAR3은 해당 버전과 호환되지 않습니다.

수정 또는 해결 방법

Empower 시스템에 DAR3-HF2를 설치합니다.

Archive Agent의 로그 파일인 Drive:\Program Files (x86)\NuGenesis 8.0\AA\NGSDMS80AAActivity.log에 다음 메시지가 나타납니다.
