증상

• Empower 데이터가 NuGenesis에 아카이브되지 않음

환경

• NuGenesis 9 SDMS
• NuGenesis 8 SDMS
• Empower 3

원인

프로젝트를 Empower로 가져오는 동안 "WatersService" 서비스가 실행되지 않았습니다. SDMS DataExchangeService를 실행하는 시스템이 WatersService에 연결할 수 없습니다.

수정 또는 해결 방법

1. Empower 서버에서 "WatersService"를 시작합니다.
2. Empower 서버의 방화벽이 활성화된 경우 문서 WKB5512에 링크된 Waters Informatics Infrastructure Reference Guide("Waters 인포매틱스 인프라 참조 가이드")에 규정된 대로 네트워크 포트를 허용하는지 확인합니다.
3. 가상 시스템을 사용하는 경우 SDMS DataExchange 서비스를 실행하는 시스템이 Empower 서버와 동일한 네트워크에 있는지 확인합니다.
