NuGenesis SDMS Service Release Components를 제거할 수 없음 - WKB13329

증상

• Programs and Features 제어판에서 "NuGenesis Service Release Components v8.0" 또는 "NuGenesis LMS Service Release Components " 항목을 제거할 때 다음 오류 메시지가 나타납니다.

  • "You must uninstall all other SDMS applications prior to uninstalling Template Components"

• SDMS 소프트웨어의 자동 제거 또는 설치가 실패하고 로그 파일에 "FAILED" 상태가 표시됩니다.

환경

• NuGenesis 8 SDMS SR2
• NuGenesis 8 SDMS FR1
• NuGenesis 8 SDMS SR1

원인

기타 NuGenesis SDMS 소프트웨어 구성 요소가 시스템에 여전히 존재하거나, 다른 모든 SDMS 소프트웨어를 제거한 후에도 일부 레지스트리 키가 남아 있습니다.

수정 또는 해결 방법

1. "Service Release Components"는 SDMS 소프트웨어의 제거할 마지막 부분이어야 합니다.
2. 다른 모든 NuGenesis SDMS 소프트웨어 구성 요소를 제거합니다.
3. 메시지가 지속되고 Programs and Features 목록에 "Service Release Components"가 유일한 SDMS 항목으로 남아 있으면 다음 레지스트리 키를 확인합니다.
   • HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\NuGenesis Technologies Corp.\NuGenesis\8.0\Installed Apps
4. 각 SDMS 구성 요소는 "Installed Apps" 아래에 하위 키가 있습니다. "NuGenesis 8 Components"를 제외한 모든 하위 키를 삭제합니다.
