증상

• NuGenesis Archive Agent 작업 로그에 다음과 같은 오류가 보고됩니다.

  • "System Code (71) - No more connections can be made to this remote computer at this time because there are already as many connections as the computer can accept."

환경

• NuGenesis 9 SDMS
• NuGenesis 8 SDMS
• Empower

원인

스캔되는 폴더의 "Advanced share" 설정은 "Limit the number of simultaneous users to"에 대해 1로 설정되어 있습니다.

수정 또는 해결 방법

1. NuGenesis와 공유되는 폴더에 대한 Folder Properties를 엽니다.
2. Sharing 탭을 클릭합니다.
3. Advanced 공유 버튼을 클릭합니다.
4. "Limit the number of simultaneous user to:" 설정을 기본값 20으로 수정합니다.
