원인

NuGenesis RPC 서비스가 행(hang)됩니다.

수정 또는 해결 방법

1. NuGenesis Web 및 파일 캡처 서버에서 NuGenesis RPC 서비스를 다시 시작하고, UNIFY 프린터 문제와 관련하여 이 오류가 표시되면 사용자의 클라이언트 시스템(또는 사용자가 Citrix 통해 인쇄하는 경우 Citrix 서버)에서 서비스를 다시 시작합니다.
