증상

• SDMS Administrator, UNIFY, Web Vision 또는 기타 SDMS 클라이언트 응용 프로그램에 로그인할 때 다음 오류가 나타납니다.
  • [NG14607] Unable to connect to the database using the static user. Please contact your database administrator to properly set up the static user.
• 사용자가 모든 SDMS 응용 프로그램에 로그인할 수 없습니다

원인

Oracle 데이터베이스 계정 "ngstaticuser"가 잠겨 있거나, 암호가 변경되었거나, 다른 경우로 로그인에 사용할 수 없습니다.

수정 또는 해결 방법

1. 문서 WKB3461에 설명된 대로 SQL 스크립트를 실행하여(귀하의 시스템 버전에 따라 선택) ngstaticuser 계정과 다른 NuGenesis 스키마 계정을 기본 설정으로 재설정합니다.
