증상

• NuGenesis LMS에서 문서를 저장할 때 다음 오류 메시지가 나타납니다.

  • “javax.xml.bind.UnmarshalException: unexpected element (uri:"", local:"lockDate"). 원인

NuGenesis LMS 클라이언트는 LMS 서버보다 레벨이 더 높고 새로운 핫픽스스입니다(예를 들어, 8.0 SR2 HF7 LMS 클라이언트는 8.0 SR2 HF6 서버에 연결됨)

수정 또는 해결 방법

클라이언트의 핫픽스 레벨과 일치하도록 LMS 서버를 업그레이드합니다.

NuGenesis LMS 클라이언트 설치 버전은 모두 동일한 버전이어야 합니다. Hotfix 6 및 Hotfix 7과 같은 사소한 차이가 있어도 LMS 소프트웨어를 다른 버전에 연결할 수 없습니다.

추가 정보

NuGenesis 8 LMS SR2 Hotfix 7에서 서버와 클라이언트 간의 통신 프로토콜이 변경되었습니다. 문서를 저장할 때 하나의 추가 파라미터가 클라이언트에서 서버로 전송됩니다. Hotfix 7 클라이언트가 이 추가 파라미터를 전송했지만 Hotfix 6은 이 파라미터를 수신할 준비가 되지 않았습니다.
