증상

• NuGenesis Archive Agent 모듈이 시작되지 않습니다.
• Archive Agent 로그 파일에 다음과 같은 메시지가 표시됨:
  • clsConfigProperties.ReadINIValues : Failure in getting private profile string for ENCRYPTEDDOMAIN.
  • clsConfigProperties.ReadINIValues : Failure in getting private profile string for ENCRYPTEDMACHINE.
  • clsConfigProperties.ReadINIValues : Failure in getting private profile string for ENCRYPTEDUSER.

환경

• NuGenesis 9 SDMS
• NuGenesis 8 SDMS

원인

NuGenesis RPC Service 사용자는 NuGenesis RPC Service의 설정 파일을 읽고 쓸 수 있는 권한이 없습니다. 설정 파일의 기본 위치는 C:\Windows입니다.

수정 또는 해결 방법

• NuGenesis RPC Service 계정에 C:\Windows에서 파일을 읽고 쓰고 수정할 수 있는 권한이 있는지 확인합니다.
• 또는 NG RPC Service의 플러그인 설정 파일을 다른 폴더로 옮깁니다(예: C:\ProgramData\Waters\NuGenesis\SCC or Drive:\Program Files (x86)\Waters\NGSDMS\SCC).
