증상

• NuGenesis LMS에서 문서의 변경 사항을 저장하려고 할 때 다음 오류 메시지가 나타납니다.
  • Document has been changed by another user.  Please reload to get an updated version.
• If the document is reloaded, the changes that the user was working on are lost
• No other user was editing the document at the time of the error

환경

• NuGenesis 9 LMS
• NuGenesis 8 LMS
• NuGenesis 8 ELN

원인

모든 NuGenesis LMS 사용자에게 Auto-Save 설정이 적용되는 것은 아닙니다.

수정 또는 해결 방법

1. LMS의 모든 사용자에 대해 사용자 설정 "Auto save"가 "Automatically save when finish section edit"로 설정되었는지 확인합니다.
