Empower 3 프로젝트에 NuGenesis SDMS 아카이브 템플릿을 설정할 수 없음 - WKB50944

증상

• SDMS Archive Template Builder에서 "Waters Corp. Empower-3 Projects 0"을 선택할 때 오류 메시지가 나타나지 않지만 일부 정보가 누락됩니다.
  • Language 드롭다운 목록에는 "N/A"만 포함됩니다.
  • Empower 특정 메타데이터 태그가 Metadata Mapping 목록에 나타나지 않습니다.
• Empower 서버 목록이 템플릿의 Advanced 탭에 있는 드롭다운 목록에 나타나지 않습니다.
• 프로젝트 예외 목록을 로드할 때 Template Builder가 멈추거나 응답이 없습니다.

원인

1. Empower Toolkit DLL이 원격 기기에 등록되지 않았습니다
2. "NGaCommonLib.dll" 파일이 원격 시스템의 NuGenesis common files 폴더에 없습니다

수정 또는 해결 방법

1. Empower 기기에서 관리자 권한으로 Command Prompt에서(Empower 클라이언트의 기본 설치 경로를 가정) 다음 명령을 실행합니다.
   1. C:\Windows\syswow64\regsvr32.exe C:\Empower\Bin\MillServices.dll
   2. C:\Windows\syswow64\regsvr32.exe C:\Empower\Bin\MilTk.dll
2. SDMS의 Common Files 폴더에서 NGACommonLib.dll을 확인합니다. 해당 폴더의 경로는 레지스트리에 제공됩니다.
   • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Wow6432Node\NuGenesis Technologies Corp.\NuGenesis\Installed Apps\NgCommFilesDir
   • 드문 경우지만 키 NgCommFilesDir 및 NGRootDir은 다른 드라이브의 경로를 가리킬 수 있습니다. 일반적으로 이 두 키는 동일한 드라이브를 가리켜야 하지만 서로 다른 경우 확인할 경로는 NgCommFilesDir의 경로입니다.
3. NGACommonLib.dll이 NgCommFilesDir에 지정된 경로에 없으면 다른 시스템의 정상 작동이 확인된 경로에서 NgCommFilesDir로 DLL을 복사합니다.
4. SDMS Archive Template Builder에서 VPR을 다시 선택합니다. Template Builder는 데이터 어댑터의 Remote half에 다시 연결되며 이제 언어 목록, 메타데이터 태그 및 서버 목록이 채워지게 됩니다.
