증상

• NuGenesis SDMS 소프트웨어를 설치할 때 다음 메시지가 나타납니다.
  • NuGenesis Pre-Installation Qualification의 오류:
    (ERROR) Reboot Required: The Windows operating system currently has files that are pending deletion and/or renaming. Please reboot the system so that the target environment is stabilized. The setup will now terminate.

원인
