Waters Storage Gateway 및 Centera 저장 장치에 대한 디버그 메시지 로깅을 설정하는 방법 - WKB21397

목적 또는 목표

Waters Storage Gateway 및 Centera SDK에서 디버그 메시지 로깅을 설정합니다.

환경

• NuGenesis 8 SDMS
• Waters Storage Gateway 2.0 SP3
• Storage Gateway용으로 설정된 NuGenesis OSM 장치
• DellEMC Centera 저장 장치

절차

Storage Gateway 서비스의 경우:

1. Drive:\StorageGateway\actback\backend\properties\com\creon\qdisr\properties로 이동합니다.
2. WordPad에서 LoggingManager.properties를 엽니다.
3. log4j.rootCategory=ERROR,CONSOLE,LOGFILE 라인을 log4j.rootCategory=DEBUG,CONSOLE,LOGFILE로 편집합니다.
4. 파일을 저장하고 닫습니다.
5. StorageGateway Job Manager 서비스를 다시 시작합니다.
6. 로그 파일은 Drive:\StorageGateway\actback\backend\bin\windows\manager.log에 있습니다.

Storage Gateway 서버에 있는 Centera SDK의 경우:

1. Control Panel > System을 엽니다.
2. Advanced system settings > Environment Variables를 클릭합니다.
3. 다음 네 가지 변수를 설정합니다.
   • FP_LOGPATH=%TEMP%\CenteraSDKDebug.log
   • FP_LOGFORMAT=TAB
   • FP_LOGLEVEL=4
   • FP_LOGKEEP=APPEND
4. Storage Gateway 서비스를 다시 시작합니다.
