NuGenesis SDMS Archive Template Builder가 시작되지 않음 - WKB20526

증상

• SDMS Administrator에서 사용자가 아카이브 템플릿을 편집하거나 생성할 때 Archive Template Builder 프로그램이 시작되지 않음
• NuGenesis 복원 오류가 나타날 수 있습니다.; "Unable to Create Activity Project Entry! Please see Log File for Restore Summary"
• Archive Template Builder 창이 열리지 않음

• NuGenesis 9 SDMS
• NuGenesis 8 SDMS

원인

NuGenesis 프로그램 파일 NGACommonLib.dll은 SDMS Administrator 클라이언트 설치 중에 설치 및 등록되지 않았습니다.

수정 또는 해결 방법

1. 클라이언트에서 다음 파일을 찾으십시오:
   • NuGenesis 8: Drive:\Program Files (x86)\NuGenesis 8.0\Common Files\NGACommonLib.dll
   • NuGenesis 9: Drive:\Program Files (x86)\Waters\NGSDMS\Common Files\NGACommonLib.dll
2. 파일이 해당 디렉터리에 없으면 동일한 Service Release 수준의 NuGenesis 서버 또는 클라이언트에서 Common Files 폴더로 파일을 복사합니다.
3. 관리자 권한을 가진 Command Prompt에서 이 파일을 등록합니다.
   • NuGenesis 8: C:\Windows\syswow64\regsvr32.exe "Drive:\Program Files (x86)\NuGenesis 8.0\Common Files\NGACommonLib.dll"
   • NuGenesis 9: C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30290\regasm.exe "Drive:\Program Files (x86)\Waters\NGSDMS\Common Files\NGACommonLib.dll" /codebase /verbose
4. NGACommonLib.dll이 등록에 실패하거나 등록되었지만 문제가 지속되면 관리자 권한으로 명령 프롬프트에 다음 3개의 파일을 등록합니다.
   • C:\Windows\syswow64\regsvr32.exe "C:\Windows\syswow64\NgArMSLObs.dll"
   • C:\Windows\syswow64\regsvr32.exe "C:\Windows\syswow64\msflxgrd.ocx"
   • C:\Windows\syswow64\regsvr32.exe "C:\Windows\syswow64\mscomct2.ocx"
