증상

• NuGenesis SCC Manager에 로그인할 때 다음 메시지가 나타남:
  • The NT Service Manager could not be opened to check for the presence of the NuGenesis RPC 8.0 Service.(NT Service Manager를 열어 NuGenesis RPC 8.0 Service의 존재 여부를 확인할 수 없습니다.)

환경

• NuGenesis 8 SDMS
• NuGenesis 9 SDMS

원인

NuGenesis Service Configuration Console이 관리자 권한 없이 실행되고 있습니다.

수정 또는 해결 방법

1. SDMS Service Configuration Console을 마우스 오른쪽 버튼으로 클릭합니다.
2. Run as Administrator를 선택합니다.
