SDMS Data Management가 Empower에서 프로젝트를 삭제할 수 없음 - WKB10600

증상

• Empower 프로젝트는 NuGenesis SDMS에 의해 아카이브됩니다.
• SDMS 레코드에 따르면 Empower의 원래 프로젝트는 삭제가 예약되어 있습니다.
• Data Management 로그 파일은 다음 오류 메시지를 포함하고 있습니다.

  • "Login Error: A user-supplied component or subscriber raised an exception (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040208)"

원인

NuGenesis Data Management 사용자는 Empower에서 프로젝트에 액세스할 수 없습니다.

수정 또는 해결 방법

1. SDMS Data Management 사용자를 식별합니다. 이 사용자 계정은 Empower Toolkit을 통해 로그인할 때 DM 모듈에 의해 사용됩니다.
   1. NuGenesis SCC에 로그인합니다.
   2. Data Management 모듈을 선택합니다.
   3. DM Configuration의 User Name 필드를 찾습니다.
2. DM Configuration에 표시된 대로 사용자 이름으로 Empower 클라이언트에 로그인합니다.
3. "Configure the System"을 클릭합니다.
4. Projects 목록에서 프로젝트를 찾습니다.
5. DM 사용자가 프로젝트 소유자로 나열되었는지 확인합니다. 그렇지 않을 경우 프로젝트 속성을 열고 모든 사용자 그룹에서 해당 프로젝트를 사용할 수 있는지 확인합니다.
6. DM 사용자가 프로젝트에 액세스 할 수 없는 경우, Empower 클라이언트에 프로젝트 소유자로 로그인하고 이에 따라 액세스 목록을 변경하십시오.

추가 정보

이 문제는 Empower에 Full Lock이 있는 프로젝트에서 가장 자주 발생하지만, DM 사용자가 Empower 내에서 Administrator가 아닌 경우 잠금 해제된 프로젝트에서 발생할 수 있습니다.

"Project Level" 그룹화를 사용하여 프로젝트를 아카이브하는 경우, Empower에서 잠금 상태가 변경되지 않습니다. 나중에 사용자가 Empower의 Lock Status를 "Full Lock"으로 변경하면 오류가 발생합니다.
