여러 가지 SCN 릴리스의 MassLynx 4.1에서, IntelliStart 검량이 실행된 경우 IntelliStart를 클릭할 때마다 다음 경고 메시지가 나타납니다:

''Calibration file for the selected analysis is different to the calibration set in tune page. The calibration for the current analysis type will be loaded. ''

이 메시지는 Tune 페이지에서 수동 검량이 수행된 경우에만 표시되어야 합니다. 하지만 수동 검량을 실행하지 않았더라도 IntelliStart를 클릭할 경우 메시지가 표시됩니다. 이 메시지는 무시해도 됩니다.

Tune 페이지에서 Calibrate > Calibrate Instrument 아래에 검량 파일을 수동으로 생성한 경우 이 메시지는 IntelliStart를 열 때 발생하게 됩니다. Tune 페이지에서 검량 파일이 수동으로 생성되지 않은 경우 MassLynx 버전에서는 이 오류가 여전히 발생할 수 있으며, 이 경우 메시지는 무시해도 됩니다.
