증상

• Waters Alliance 2695 설치, Inlet과 통신할 수 없습니다.
• Inlet이 인식되지 않고 다음 오류 메시지가 나타납니다.
  "A GPIB interface board has not been recognized at address 3"
• 소프트웨어가 올바르게 설치되었지만 기기를 스캔해도 시스템이 표시되지 않습니다.

원인

User Account Control 설정이MassLynx 통신을 중단합니다.

수정 또는 해결 방법

1. Windows 시작 메뉴 검색 상자에서 "Change User Account Control Settings"를 검색합니다.
2. User Account Control Settings에서 "Never Notify"를 선택합니다.
3. MassLynx는 다른 모든 설정에서 제대로 작동하지 못합니다.
