MS와의 통신이 끊김; "Could not connect to the Waters DHCP Server" 오류 발생함 - WKB19498

증상

• 새 P510 PC에 SCN 849 (IVD) 설치
• C:\Program Files (x86)\Waters Instruments에서 Waters DHCP Server Configuration 파일 실행 시도
• Waters DHCP Server Configuration 오류 상자 표시됨:
  "Could not connect to the Waters DHCP Server
  Windows error code:
  The operation completed successfully"
  
  
• 질량 분석기와의 통신이 끊김
• DHCP 서버와의 연결이 끊김; "Cannot connect at this time" 메시지 표시됨
• Inlet editor에 오류 표시됨: "Waters Generic Instrument COM Server - Detector Method get configuration failed with error: 80004005 unspecified error"
• 아무 변경 없이 PC와 EPC가 다시 시작됨

환경

• 강제 패치 SCN 896 포함 MassLynx SCN 849
• P510 PC
• Windows 7
• TQ 검출기 (Waters ACQUITY TQD)

원인

Waters DHCP Server Service(WDHCP Service)가 시작되지 않았습니다.
