증상

• Empower 라이센스를 활성화하려고 하면 다음 오류가 발생합니다. "The Empower database is not the one that hosts the license request file. You must select the database that contains the license request file" 

환경

원인

Empower 데이터베이스의 ID가 인증 파일에 표시된 ID와 다릅니다.

수정 또는 해결 방법

새 소프트웨어 등록 파일을 생성하고 라이센스를 다시 시도합니다. 그래도 라이센스가 실패하면 Waters 지원 부서에 문의하십시오.
