Preconfiguration 유틸리티에 "Failed to connect to 6890 IP address" 오류 메시지가 표시됨 - WKB79624

증상

• 오류 메시지 "Failed to connect to 6890 IP address <xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx>"가 표시됩니다.
• Agilent 6890 GC 시스템을 사용할 때 사전 설정 유틸리티에서 Load configuration from GC를 처음 클릭하면 설정이 성공적으로 완료됩니다. Load configuration from GC를 다시 클릭하면Failed to connect to 6890 at <IP address> 오류가 발생합니다

환경

• Empower 3 엔터프라이즈
• Agilent Instrument Control Framework v3.0 및 그 이상 버전
• Agilent 6890N GC

원인

6890용 Agilent GC 드라이버는 기기가 이미 설정된 경우 Agilentpluginserver.exe를 통한 기기 연결을 허용하지 않습니다.

수정 또는 해결 방법

• LAC/E를 다시 시작합니다.
• 오류 CRI-909
