증상

• Run Sample에 "Server Busy" 오류 메시지가 표시됩니다. "Server Busy: This action cannot be completed because the other program is busy. Choose 'Switch To' to activate the busy program and correct the problem."
• "Switch to..." 및 "Retry"를 클릭합니다.
• 

환경

• Empower 3 FR4
• Citrix 서버 및 클라이언트
• LAC/E 32
• Agilent ICF 3.0.17.0407 (Agilent LC drivers A.02.14 및 Framework A.02.04)
• Agilent LC-02는 한 LAC/E에 연결되고 Empower는 Citrix에 연결됩니다.

원인

LC System-01이 작동하는 동안 모니터를 종료하지 않고 LC System-02에서 Sample Set을 시작할 때 "Server Busy" 오류가 발생합니다.

수정 또는 해결 방법

"Run samples"를 클릭하기 전에 모니터를 중지하십시오.
