증상

• Waters ACQUITY Console을 시작할 때 다음 오류 메시지가 나타납니다.
  • "Application Error: Application KestrelUI has encountered an unrecoverable problem and has had to exit."
• Empower의 Run Samples 창에 "QDa Detector" 대신 "MS Detector"가 나타납니다.
• Waters ACQUITY Console에 QDa 검출기가 없습니다.

환경

• ACQUITY QDa 검출기
• Empower 3
• Waters ACQUITY Console

원인

Windows 사용자 계정에 관리자 권한이 없고 ACQUITY QDa Detector를 제어하는 KestrelUI.exe 프로그램을 실행할 수 없습니다. 또는 Windows 사용자 계정은 관리자 상태이지만 권한이 있지만 손상되었습니다.

수정 또는 해결 방법

임시 해결 방법 :

1. C:\Empower\Instruments\Mass Spec\MassLynx\Kestrel으로 이동합니다.
2. KestrelUI.exe를 강조표시하고 마우스 오른쪽 버튼을 누른 다음 Run as administrator를 클릭합니다. PC를 재시작할 때마다 이 작업을 수행해야 합니다.
3. Windows 사용자 계정에 관리자 상태가 있는지 확인하십시오.
