• Run Samples에서 Empower를 통해 Shimadzu CBM-20A 컨트롤러에 연결하려고 시도할 때 Empower Message Center에서 오류 메시지 "Failed to initialize the connection to the LC system. (Confirm the cable is connected, the instrument is powered on and the instrument's communication settings are correct.)"가 표시됩니다.

• 기기는 웹 브라우저를 통해 직접 제어할 수 있습니다.

• IP 주소를 ping할 수 있습니다.

• Driver Pack 버전 3.10 SP6

원인

Empower DHCP 설정 테이블의 MAC 주소가 Shimadzu System Check에서 검색/설정된 기기의 MAC 주소와 일치하지 않습니다.

수정 또는 해결 방법

IP 주소 또는 Shimadzu Lab Solutions CDS 소프트웨어를 사용하여 기기 웹 브라우저 인터페이스를 통해 System Check를 실행하여 설정된 MAC 주소와 IP 주소를 확인합니다. Empower DHCP 테이블의 항목을 삭제하고 올바른 IP 주소, MAC 주소, 유형 및 시리얼 번호를 지정하면 통신 문제가 해결됩니다.
