원인

Windows 소수점 기호가 점(.) 대신 쉼표(,)로 수정되었습니다.

수정 또는 해결 방법

Windows 사용자 계정의 지역 설정을 변경합니다( WKB83940 참조).
반드시 소수점으로 점(.)을 사용해야 합니다.
